DELIVERY & SHIPPING

DELIVERY TO U.K. - £3.95 for Orders under £35  FREE for orders over £35 to Mainland UK.  Extra charges may apply for the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.  Please contact us to enquire prior to ordering.  Please see below for a guide to overseas postage charges.

DESPATCH - All items ordered through our shop are in stock.  We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours.  During busy periods please allow a week for your order to arrive.  

MADE TO ORDER - Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of items which are made to order.  Please also be aware that our suppliers may shut down for holidays and your order may take longer to fulfil at certain times of the year.

NON DELIVERY - Please contact us within 28 days of placing your order to advise us of non delivery. 

INSURANCE - An additional charge will be made for insurance for overseas orders exceeding £100.  Our postage quotation will include this cost.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY -  If you place an order online for despatch abroad, we will pack your order, weigh it and contact you with the additional cost of postage.  Costs are dependent on the weight and the dimensions of your order and are difficult to confirm accurately before your order has been collected by the courier.  

Please note: Your Home Country may levy additional Customs and VAT charges on your order. We have no control over this. This includes EU Countries.  

Wherever possible goods are split into separate parcels of 2kg and sent by airmail.  This is the most cost effective method of despatch.  We expect you to receive your order within 3 weeks (for stock items). 

All prices quoted for overseas delivery are approximate and confirmed by the courier after collection.  In the event that we have overestimated international postage we will refund any excess exceeding £5 after despatch of your order.

A specialist quote will be required for goods weighing over 2kg or parcels longer than 60cm.  This will take a few days to arrange.

We reserve the right to refuse International Orders at our discretion.
