1950's Standard 8 and 10s were fitted with two sizes of rear screens. A smaller screen was fitted between 1953 to 1957 and a larger screen was fitted from 1957 - onwards. This is the smaller screen rubber.
The Pennants all have the larger rear screen.
This seal is made from a soft, flexible rubber composite material very similar to the original factory rubber. This is ideal for the small rear screen fitted to the earlier cars.
If your car is made from 1953-1957 order this rubber.
In late 1957 Standard gave these cars a "Face lift" and fitted a larger rear screen. I recommend a more durable, and slightly less flexible rubber for these cars for an improved fit around the curves of the larger rear screen (see separate listing).
