Standard 8 10 Reflectors
There are two reflectors fitted to the Standard 8, 10, Companion and Commercial Derivatives.
They are both one and half inches in diameter but one is flat and the other is domed.
According to the Lucas parts books the flat type was fitted from 1953 to mid 1959 and the domed type from 1959 onwards.
My experience is that all Saloons were fitted with the flat type whilst the Companions and Commercials were fitted with the flat type until mid 1959 but the domed ones thereafter.
Standard Pennants have a different light lense.
